Little Shop of Happiness sells gift hampers for different occasions and recipients. That creates a broad search opportunity: customers may know who the gift is for, where it needs to go or the occasion, before they know which hamper to choose.
We researched searches by occasion, recipient and delivery location, then mapped them to collection-page opportunities.
We developed collection copy for Melbourne delivery, gifts for Dad, Father’s Day and Beer Hampers, giving each range a clearer focus.
New-parent gifting content, birthday-message research and seasonal content for Father’s Day and Christmas kept the content plan connected to the gifting calendar.
